This is probably the most potent run airport on the planet. Showed up well in advance only to encounter a security check line thar took 1.5 hours to get through. Absolutely incompetent management when they know how many travelers are set to depart at any point in time. We now get home at 12:30 am! Thanks so much for not doing a good enough job.

I've flown out of the EIA a few times now. There seems to be good organization, good signage and labeling of areas. Security is quite efficient. Some other airports aren't as organized and don't seem to be very helpful. Have always received help when needed and got exactly what was needed. Airport employees seem to be rather helpful and attentive in there supporting roles. Also cleanliness of airport is really nice. Also lots of nice places to eat. Fast food or sit down restaurants...lots of choices to please different likes.

The Nexus line is the longest line up and no one cares. X-ray tech had to get assurance from their supervisor all the time. Been traveling weekly and this seems to be a trend.

*NOTE: I was attempting to review Flair Airlines. After posting I realized that I had reviewed EIA but there doesn't seem to be a way to change my rating or remove it.*Less than 24 hours before my trip, I was sent an email confirming my itinerary-- a different flight than what I booked, 9 hours later than what I booked. I was informed that the earlier flight no longer exists. Now I am explaining to my kids why they are losing a day of their vacation, trying to get relatives to stay up past midnight to let us in when we finally arrive at our destination, and hoping the rental car company can change our reservation. This was not what I planned to do the last day before my trip. I am a business owner and I understand that sometimes situations within a company change and that if there isn't a plane earlier in the day, there isn't a plane. However, to let people know in this way, so close to their trip, is not acceptable. I expect more from a company that is trying to get established in the market.

As a proud Edmontonian; the Edmonton airport is an embarrassment. Domestic flight leaving Edmonton; stuck in nexus line up for 39 minutes. Would of been better to go through the regular security line. Now lets talk about baggage claim. Can you imagine people coming to Edmonton for the first time. Well get ready to get f***. Cause your bag may or may not come. Most likely will be lost. Good luck.
