Is a typical bus station nothing special sometimes sketchy characters around but mostly leave them alone they do the same

Somewhat modern architecture but the location is terrible. Causes traffic SNAFUs absolutely EVERY SINGLE TIME an LRT train comes through. Wait times at eastbound/westbound red lights on 111 ave routinely exceed 5 minutes. The very definition of city planners not planning.
