Clean, running water, and clean washrooms and free shower. Fun for kids too.. Tent or RV camping available. Love it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly!! The showers were free and clean, as well the water was a nice temperature. It's in a great location, it's nestled in the valley you don't even realize your in the heart of the city!!

A great location in Edmonton would sum up rainbow valley campground. Very close to shopping and malls. 14 minutes away from university of Alberta and 16 minutes away from West Edmonton mall. It's in a great location. They keep all the washrooms clean, empty all the garbage cans 3-4 times a day. We were very happy with our stay here!

2nd time camping here in the past few weeks. The adventure climbing thingy is awesome for the kids, and great discount for campers at the park. The staff are great, were clearly enjoying themselves. Rates are reasonable and amenities are adequate.

We live close to Edmonton so this has been our go to campground for 15 years. We love it because you forget youre in the middle of a big city. Its right on a creek in a valley that was part of a 300 km native circuit.Theyd park their tents or tipis in this area for the summer.Awesome trails, lots of wildlife, friendly staff. The trails go for miles North & South. South is a very nice trail with boulders leftover from the ice Age!North leads along the creek for a few Kms to the N. Saskatchewan River.Along that river is the Ft Edmonton. Its like a living museum of Edmontons past.Kids will love it.Horse rides, chuck wagons, trains and electric cars and the old Fur Traders Fort itself!A remake of one of Edmontons old hotels, a carnival area, games food ice cream...worth a look. The trails are all connected to the River Valley trail system which takes you to all the parks along the river.Youll need a bike for that. Or a canoe! This is an old campground with limited facilities. One shared sanidump. & no water hook ups. They have a new admin building with new showers etc.We always enjoy staying here. If you have a 30 + unit it would be tight.
