Very professional and very friendly. The owner and his crew were honest with me from the start. I required electrical work to be done for my living room. They were there the next day and completed it the same day. In addition, they answered all of my questions and even helped me in saving money. Their cost was a third of what another contractor quoted me at. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for future work on my house. Thanks guys!
Due to a recent wind storm and a befallen tree, the power lines from my house were no longer connected to the utility pole on the street. With no help from Epcor, I was on day 3 without power when I called JLE Electrical. I spoke with John early Friday morning before work and explained my situation. Being sympathetic to my circumstance, he was able to move around some of his crew to spare someone to work on my place right away. During the process, John consistently communicated the progress of the work. By the time I got home, my power had been restored thanks to the hard work from John and Darren at JLE Electrical.
As both a tradesman and a General Contractor, I can honestly say the level of professionalism administered by JLE and their staff is superior. Working knowledge is impressive. Truly organized and dedicated to working with you to get the results. Very impressed overall.
JLE (John) installed my built in sound system and my cat 5 cabling in my new house and did a great job. We just love having the sound system in our house and after 2 years it is still working just fine. JLE is professional and they have competitive pricing, I would hire them again.
Booked an appointment for a quote with this company, they called 30 min prior saying they couldn't make it, and rescheduled several hours later then cancelled on that too. Rescheduled for another day, no show, no call. I'm not a fan of having my time wasted, and would recommend you don't waste yours with this company either. They clearly don't need the work.
