Terrible service! Worst product ever. Bought $20 hooks for the mud room to hang our coats. Broke in just over a year of use. zero warrantee. Go to the hardware store instead!

Not happy with the Finishing Products department manager of Richelieu Edmonton, as we experienced an incredibly rude, embarrassing and completely inappropriate customer service incident. Also, I question the validity of some reviews here: Richelieu Edmonton management should not be allowed to post 5-Star reviews to up their stats, as is appears to be a conflict of interest.
