Answer the phone!!! You've been "open" for 20 minutes!!!
When asking questions about my income tax return back in March, I had a good experience with one of the ladies on the phone, however, this last few weeks I have been trying to gather information on claiming the disability tax credit. I spoke with two agents about 2 weeks apart and both gave contradicting information that left me confused. If these agents were properly trained and gave the proper advice, they would have less traffic on the lines as people would not have to call 5 times to get the answer they need.It makes me wonder if they purposely complicate things so it is harder for someone to get the return they need.
More like 0 stars for theses criminals. One star means they helped in some way but they have not.Theses people at customs Canada are theifing our hard earned money by charging unfair/unjustifiable fees. No wonder the hard working tax payers are now looking for payback. No wonder every review is a major complaint. Wake up chief and Commander of customs Canada & have your weak team help us out for once and stop them from charging bogus custom charges. I paid more to your shipping fees them my fuel filter costed me
Please read the Auditor's Report, type in "CRA blocks calls" into Google. You will discover that the CRA is actively blocking your calls AND giving you incorrect information when they do pick up the phone! Makes you think twice about paying your taxes doesn't it? Your tax money is supporting this ridiculous organization.
