Huge screen and awesome seats. It gives you the real experience and makes you feel like you are in the movie. I definitely recommend this cinema.
Spent several hours trying to get a refund. Nobody seems to answer the phones here. Kinda seems redundant to have a phone number. Emailed cineplex twice. No reply. Got a hold of cineplex rep. Turned out i was too late for a refund. After a bit of a fight and my emails as proof of attempt to get a refund prior to movie they had no choice. Careless and greedy but where else can you go.
Comfortable enough. Just probably time for a refresh. Also...not sure why but I seem to get sub par popcorn here. Luck of the draw. My buddy and I bought at same register. He got good stuff, I got 1/4 kernels and shards. Has happened a couple of times. Need to train on not scraping the bottom.
Many screens. They show regular and 3D movies. Get the "scene" app and show up 25 mins before your movie starts and answer movie trivia and you can get points towards free stuff. Concession lines can get long but the staff is fairly fast at slinging out the snacks. You can get deals on snacks when you buy your tickets at kiosk and cash them in upto a month later if not grab them before your show starts. Good theater with great sound and tall reclining seats.
This place used to be way more exciting and unique. Why on earth did they remove the fire-breathing dragon!? Now it's just yet another chain theater where the staff look like they don't want to be there! So bland compared to its former self!
