I've been shopping here for a couple of months now. The facility is large and spacious, with "accident stations" spread throughout. Their rewards program is actually worthwhile, and they don't give you a silly plastic card to carry around. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready with an answer. The parking lot is small, but I've never had an issue finding a spot. I've also never had an issue finding a product, they have great selection and a lot of items I've never seen anywhere else. They also have eco friendly, and organic products. And! Clothing that fits dogs breeds that are usually hard to buy for - like frenchies and sight hounds.
An amazing pet store with knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of pet food (way more than many of the chain stores) that can meet the unique needs of our furry friends. Lots of selection, sales, and reasonable price points on all sorts of items. Plenty of bulk treat options as well as mix and match treats! Don't forget that the first Tuesday of the month is 10% off regular priced items for an even better deal. This family business is now our go to for all of our needs for our two dogs. I highly reccomend a visit and see for yourself. The south side store is newer and larger, but the north side store is also great
I absolutely love this store. I wait to shop here for any pet supplies since I often visit Edmonton. They carry multiple options on pet treats, cleaning supplies, apparels and many more! I get excited to select new treat for my little one at this store. The store is conveniently located and clean and staff is helpful! I highly recommend Homes Alive Pets to all pet parents!
Such a bright, clean, open store. They have great selection with competitive prices and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend this place for sure!
Easily one of the best equipped pet stores in Edmonton. No pets sold here (shouldn't be buying pets from pet stores anyway) but some of the best and top of the line toys, gear, food. AStaff is very knowledgeable. And the place looks amazing as well. Very modern. Parking is a bit tight!
