I love going to this place! Finally a place where you go in and come out actually feeling better and taken care of. Could you ask for more? Most places that take care of my physical health bring me in and spit me out disappointed with the same problem I had before. Not the case here! Craig Wilson did an outstanding job at diagnosing and treating my issues. I don't know if he's practicing medicine or magic, maybe a bit of both :) The staff are so soft, caring and dedicated to their jobs. Always very helpful and Informative, from what I can see they love their jobs and aren't just there for a pay cheque! They have my trust 100%. Reception is always very quick, on point and freindly. Not a single scheduling issue so far. Craig Wilson and his staff are true professionals! I wish I got service like this everywhere. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE!
Super rude staff i was seeing kristine since few years.i booked appointment last month i had to go to fort mac and i tried to cancel mu appointment but she said u have to come or i will ban u from clinic i said i cannot come tomorrow bcoz my hubby was sick but she said i dunt care if u cancel it i will ban u i said ok cancel it.now im trying to find new pshysio ..
Great place, awesome atmosphere. Id reccomend going to see Mike Salame. I went in with a pinched sciatic nerve and Mike helped me big time. Very patient and always very positive . Genuinely wants to see you progress. I hope i dont have to, but if i ever need to see a physiotherapist again i will definitely go to Mike again
I went to Pivotal Physiotherapy 3 times a week for 6 months after breaking my ankle. My physiotherapist, Lindsay, was always giving new suggestions on how to improve my range of motion. Each session, we would discuss what exercises worked and didn't, and by the time I came back for my next session, Lindsay would have new exercises for me to try out. His dedication to the profession didn't go unnoticed. The entire staff at Pivotal Physiotherapy was very professional and welcoming. Booking appointments was always a smooth process. The assistants worked closely with the physiotherapists and were able to help me when I was not working directly with Lindsay.I would recommend this physiotherapy clinic to anyone in need of a physiotherapist.
