Wanted to rent a place. Owner John was late for 40 min but unapologetic. Appears friendly, but once he got your business becomes unresponsive. Defects were highlighted to him but not all were fixed. At the end of lease, I got a huge deduction from my deposit without clearly stating what those deductions were for. Totally unprofessional and care less attitude. Not recommended unless you want a stressful tenancy.
John, Tom, Shari and their team are fantastic! I've been renting the same property for nearly 7 years now & I couldn't be happier with the service and attention I've received from them. Truly kind, caring and compassionate people. Highly recommended!
I've been a tenant with them for close to 7 years now and I've never had an issue. Both Tom and John are stand up guys and are quick to respond. They had someone come out to fix my furnace within a few hours of me calling them. Not sure how they have less than a five star review because they have been nothing but helpful and courteous to me.
