My husband and I bought our hot tub from Kyle and his team. Every single person we have dealt with has been beyond fantastic. Kyle worked out an amazing deal with us. We also had incredible costumer service experience from their "hot tub guy" Dallas who came to instal our hot tub. Any questions that I have had have been answered and they continue to give me excellent service with questions that keep arising from having our hot tub. If you are in the market for a hot tub... Everthing else was higher priced, even when we bought our American Whirlpool model #471, it was lower priced than similar but lower quality models at other stores, didnt care to look any further, my wife and I went back to Spa Spot and purchased with no regrets! Installation was a snap, he was very knowledgeable with everything I needed to know. Love our hot tub and will recommend them to all our family and friends!
