My daughter had been doing Fitnastics classes at Jump 360, and she loves them. It would be great to see a kids dodgeball league, but this is nice to and something different to be involved in. I hope they continue with these classes.
What a great place to spend an afternoon! All the staff members that I met were really nice and friendly. My wife and I absolutely love getting out and jumping around with the kids. It's always been a great team building experience in my books. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Walked in there today with my friend and our girlfriends. We were jumping around having fun for a little while, an employee named Nathan came into the dodge ball part, a ball went into the corner one of us went to grab it and when he could of calmly told us not to go in the corner, he yelled about 6 or 7 times for telling her to get out, after that he told us to watch out for two little kids which we were but we were letting them hit us as we were lightly tossing them back but they were having fun, but then he was jumping super high whipping dodge balls at my friends and I. So we left to go do something else after that, he was constantly around us looking at are girlfriends inappropriately and making them uncomfortable. As are girlfriends were just jumping from pad to pad he calls one of the girls over saying time out and then what does that sign over there say very rudely, so she just replied saying no running, and then Nathan said yeah. So dont do it. The park was fun for our first experience but having Nathan behind our backs and throats 24/7, wed rather go to launch pad. Thanks for reading hope to hear back.
I don't ever do hate mail but this place deserves one.I don't know where to begin with this place. Very very poor costumer service. My cousin had a birthday there. Showed up with my wife and son. He had a wristband given to him from the party that expired in 30min. I bought admission for an hour so I could jump with him. They kicked us out of the trampolines because his band expired. When I asked why I wasn't notified he only had 30min. Before I bought socks and admission all I got was shrugging shoulders. If I would have known he only had 30 min. I would have bought him more time in the beginning..LITERALLY front desk shrugged their shoulder at me like "your problem buddy".That was the most disrespectful treatment of a customer I have ever had to deal with. No help or flexibility from ANY employee we spoke to. I was literally told tough luck. The birthday party was also treated poorly when it came to how timeline was communicated to them about when they were allowed to jump and eat and when their wristbands expired. One girl in the trampoline park was respectful in terms of customer service but everyone else needs a lesson on how to treat paying customers.I would never recommend anyone go there until management steps up and teaches these kids how to treat costumers. There are way better trampoline parks with better staff and support.
Was a fabulous time! My 1Year old baby and nephews didnt wanna leave. Definitely will return.
