Everything cost extra. Towels, lockers were $12. Line ups were short but the waits were really long. The washrooms smelled like pee. The coke machine was free, but it was flaaaat. Ice didnt work. The slides were good.
A lot of fun, the cabanas are clean and spacey, my little brother absolutely loved it. It is a bit pricey, 12$ for a large locker and 11$ to ride the zipline twice, but it is absolutely worth it. Even the food is really good, and although I cant exactly vouch for the alcohol (as I havent tried it), definitely a great place to go for parties, or any normal outing. Its my 3rd time visiting and every time has been a success with me.
The park was warm. Almost too warm for me but I like to be cooler. Comfortably warm for the rest of our party. Optional in and out privileges if you decide to grab food elsewhere. I wasn't able to take any shots or videos because they don't allow hand held actions cams even in the wave pool unless it's strapped on securely.
Washrooms are vile in the family changerooms. Smell of three day old urine in every stall. Makes you wish you were allowed sandals but outside shoes are banned. Kids had fun on the slides and wave pool. Towels ($3.50 each), lockers ($12), zip line, tubes, everything is extra on top of the enormous fee to get in. Spending a few hours here is not worth it. But spending a whole day here would be unbearable at the cost to families. Change rooms need attending to to avoid athletes foot and other maladies. Not a comfortable place to be.
Long line ups. Farm type odour at top of slides in places. Womens bathroom smelled terrible. Bathroom floor was very dirty. The slide for tubes took us an hour. Only a minute of that was on the actual slide. Is there a reason that the tube slide beside it was not open? It wasnt open last summer either. Lockers are $8 and $12. Purchasing food there is expensive and apparently outside food is not allowed. Ice in pop machine does not work but choosing how to mix flavours for pop was a highlight for the kids. The wave pool was very full and people were constantly landing in each other. Outdated and inaccurate signage. Lots of old dirt in lots of places. The place feels dirty but could be so nice. The staff were very friendly.
