We went for lunch and were pleased with the ambiance. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant/bar when we arrived, and yet the table we ended up sitting at was still dirty. After reading all the reviews, I was really looking forward to some good pub food. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed by the mac'n'cheese. The macaroni was super soft and over cooked. The flavours were good, I liked the skillet and the fact that it came out super hot, but I couldn't get over how over cooked the pasta was. We will be going again - I want to give them one more chance to impress with the food. Alcohol is alcohol. The service was decent.
Amazing! Myself and some friends came here for my boyfriends birthday. Such a cool, relaxing atmosphere! Super service and food :). I had misread the small print in a previous purchased coupon and the Bothy let it slide and still let us cash in our coupons. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this special spot for any occasion!
Had an excellent time here trying some whiskeys at novices. Great and laid back service and a delightful patio. Really a gem hiding in Central Edmonton. Will definitely come back.
My daughters and I went to The Bothy last night for a Mothers day dinner. This is the second time we have eaten there and we were, once again, very pleased. The food is wonderful and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It's now my new favorite place to have a nice meal.
Amazing selection of scotch and wine. A very very small menu but the food was excellent! Cozy, intimate and friendly!
