Super friendly staff but wasn't able to get all my books even though I called ahead and they said they had them.
I'm only giving four stars because it's a college bookstore. I would give five, but with the cost of textbooks, a college bookstore only deserves 4.
Went a couple days before school started to pick up a textbook. There were lots of other students with the same idea! The line up was roped off and went quickly. Students were let in a few at a time so the store wasn't crowded. Everything was clearly labeled and lots of staff on the floor to help. All the rolled were open and that line moved quickly too. Cashier's were very efficient and I got in and out pretty fast considering the number of people.
Efficient staff and lines move relatively quickly. Lots of cool NAIT stuff and school essentials.
Ordered books online. Picked it up here. No hassles. The bookshop is in a building and there are no signs outside. This made it a bit difficult to find.
