Love this place. 24 hour access. The right amount of equipment and not crazy busy. No pushy sales staff trying to upsell you. Nobody passing judgement. Location close to home and one close to work plus access to over 3000 other locations. Lots of Pros and very few Cons.
We are new members but so far so good! The staff is exceptional and go above and beyond. Its not a super busy gym and I love that because I dont have to wait. Great equipment!
I recently went to this location to get a membership. I had to cancel my appointment but still received a phone call inquiring as to whether or not I was coming in for my appointment. Needless to say the person that I spoke to was extremely rude and blamed me for ruining her day off and then called me a liar as apparently my phone number did not come up on the call display. I asked if this person checked the voicemail messages to which she indicated that she hadn't. I was quite upset and at that point did not even want to continue with getting a membership. I sent a message to the owner who called me within 2 minutes of sending him a message. I explained the issue to him and he was extremely apologetic. I was really impressed with not only how fast he got back to me but the fact that I was able to speak to the owner himself. I felt confident that I was heard and that he handled my concern quickly and professionally. I went in a few hours later and spoke to Scott, who is the regional manager, who was also very apologetic. I am satisfied with the way everything was handled and the solution to the issue. I am definitely getting a membership at this location of Anytime Fitness. Amazing customer service!!!
Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Managers are trash and lie to your face just to scam you of your money. On top of sign up fees, promised student discount, which they lied about, yearly fees, cancellation fees etc youre basically handing them your visa to do whatever they want with it. Zero coordination and takes weeks to get an answer to any question you have about your agreement/fees. Lack the decency to take responsibility to the lies they fill you with. 0/10 do not recommend, have since gone to LA Fitness for a much cheaper price where they dont load you up with a bunch of bs and steal your money from right under you.
