Came in for a drop in while on a business trip in Edmonton and got a great workout with a great group of athletes! Ill be back for sure.

Capital City is an excellent facility with great coaches! They create a fun, but challenging team environment. It keeps you engaged and motivated. Clayton is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has gone out of his way to work with me on techniques to improve my mobility, something I have previously struggled with.
