Worst service ever! I had an appointment at 9am and the hairdresser Natasha was 30min late. Worst haircut ever! She made my bangs look awful! And she was not nice at all! Dont recommend at all !
I was a long term client and saw Kim for approximately 2.5 years. The consistency is unfortunately not there. My last experience was one of the worst highlights and cuts Ive ever received. My blonde hair was turned brown from the toner and orange at the roots with slices or bleeds on my hairline. The response from Kim and Lauren when I asked for a refund instead of putting my hair through a second process was appalling. I had a redo once before (horribly enough for my wedding) that left my hair breaking and blotchy which is why I did not want to go that route. I would not recommend Mousey Browns.
I have gone to see Erin at the 124th street location a couple of times now and have been very pleased both times and will be returning again. I have a sensitivity to hair colour and she is very careful and takes extra time with me. My cut and colour have always turned out beautifully and Ive felt like she really listened to what I wanted. 5/5

Terrible customer service - incompetent, disingenuous, aggressive and flat out rude - to someone who had been a loyal customer for years, and has contributed to significant business - which in itself was not a great experience. I now live in Vancouver and was looking forward to coming back to Edmonton for a cut and colour at Mousy Browns. My regular hairstylist had left, and so I asked for another senior stylist who would have significant experience with long, curly hair. I was given the name of a stylist and was assured that she had the relevant experience. Day of the appointment I called ahead to ask a question about the length of time I should plan for the cut and colour, to be told that in fact I was with another stylist - someone who very recently graduated - with significantly less experience than I requested. I was frustrated as a) this is not what I had requested, b) I had very limited time in town, and had planned my day around the nursing of a newborn, and c) to top it off, I was spoken with very aggressively, and the person responsible - Craig - spoke as if *he* was the one frustrated at my predicament. They could not honour my very specific request, made under very limited circumstances, which were shared, and then reacted as if I was the one who was unreasonable. Interestingly I was advised by my family not to go to Mousy Browns, as they had botched my sister's hair for her wedding - after I recommended that my sister and the whole bridal party go there. I choked it up to a very unfortunate one-off , but it is clear that it is not a one-off and the one-off was the amazing stylist Holly that has now left.Poor quality, poor customer service. Apologies Sierra - but had I gotten a less rude response - I might have been open to the opportunity for you to do the cut and colour for me. Safe to say - never going thereagain - and never recommending this place.
