Had a difficult chore with duvet and 2 pillows. 100% down. Took longer. They phoned to let me know. But didn't charge. Customer service....finally shows itself here. Highly recommend. Will take my dry/special cleaning here ALWAYS. Thanks so much in getting this done.

All new machines, but they are smaller than expected and cost more. The washers don't go as long as expected. The dryer - even though you pay for 40 minutes, it will only run for 30 minutes. Also the dryer did not even become warm, so my clothes were still wet- on top of being ripped off on the length of time it ran. The staff were pleasant, but there is no refund. And their pleasantness doesn't make up for the fact that you are getting ripped off.
The new owners are wonderful. This location is clean, well maintained and a large selection of machines. They were also very patient with my children.
Very Clean place to do your laundry in a relaxed atmosphere. The new owners are wonderful people who really take customer service seriously, especially the woman who is often there. You dont get bored doing laundry there because it is peaceful and there is tv cable in case your mind starts straying too much. One downside though I have noticed is that the drying machines seem to cheat you on your minutes. For some reason it looks like one or two of the quarters you insert there dont register to the exact minutes you have paid for. Im still trying to figure out if all the dryers do that or its just one before I bring it to the owners attention but from some comments below it looks like its the norm. I hope they will rectify this mistake. Otherwise so far Im impressed.
