I love this laundry place... I have been in the place prior to the sale recently. It has changed, all new machines from the regular front 20 lbs front loader to the huge 55 lbs machine that one shot wash everything . The people that bought it are nice ,clean and helpfull . I went in one evening and was told I was passed last load time told them i took a cab there and they helped me get my clothes in the wash.Im glad someone bought that would care for the busyness ,the people and the equipment there
The staff here are rude and pushy I've never gone to a place where they touch your clothes with out your permission. I've left for 20 mins and come back to my clothes being pulled out of the dryer and left in a basket at the front. Today, I went there to just dry my clothes because they are cheaper and faster to do at a laundry mat and the little man stopped me from using the dryers I wanted an made me use two by the door where he then proceecedto feel me laundry to see how wet it was. Then to top it off he took my change from me instead of letting me put it in. I felt very offended and I would never recommend this place to anyone. EVER
Its barely surface clean but its definitely not deeply clean. Theres mold in almost all of the washer doors. Lots of broken floor tiles and weeping tile. dryers smell like gas when you open them. Grime on everything. Also expensive for the size of machine. I was here for less than an hour and who Im assuming is the owner, yelled at 2 patrons for different reasons, one being that a lady asked if they had something available like the basket Id brought with me. I get that laundromats are never really the cleanest places but Id rather pay less money for the same amount of cleanliness and also not listen to customers get yelled at.
BEWARE!!! They don't maintain there dryers when the lint needs to be removed, so they end up scamming more money from customers, because the clothes takes longer to dry (they tried convincing me it doesn't). I know this because most dryers in the place display clean lint. Even if you ask, they will tell you they only clean a couple times in the morning each week. They are rude and do not care about customer service. If you have a problem, there is a good chance that you will be seen as the problem in there eyes and you won't get anywhere with them. Also, Absolutely No Refunds for any reason.This place is a joke and way overpriced. You can do better, don't waste your time and money.
Great machines if they weren't all broken down or had settings that were not working on them. A bit expensive for the sizes of the machines. And they didn't clean my stuff very well
