Outstanding company from start to finish. Nicole was polite and professional and very knowledgeable while quoting, noting my preferences. I did not need much painted as I did most myself but was unable to do the very high stairwell which included the upstairs hallway! Her quote was very reasonable so I booked it on the spot. They fit me in around my busy schedule and I got a call the day before from our painter, Sharid! He told me when he would arrive the next day and he was prompt. He worked hard and steady and his work was outstanding. I am very "anal" about painting and that is why I have not in the past hired anyone to paint. CertaPro and Sharid have changed my mind. I will hire them again when I need painting done. He took 2 days to complete the job; total quality workmanship! Professional and knowledgeable! I would recommend them to all that ask!
We recently had the exterior of our house done by CertaPro and were very pleased.From the initial quote by Khal that we had done in the fall but were unable to start due to weather (price was held with deposit to the next year) to the final paint job by Duane and Alex who were very courteous and efficient the whole job went extremely smooth.I would definatley use them again and recommend them.
Khal came out to look the work over and was willing to develop a work plan that was dynamic. One coat or two depending on how it looks, whether or not to paint borders etc. Very cost contentious to ensure we didn't pay for unnecessary work. Corrine and Jeff came out to paint and they were very skilled completing a very professional job. Our home has 10 -13' ceilings and many features requiring care to cut in the lines and all was done very well. We are quite pleased with the outcome.
Very happy with the results. Nicole was very prompt in getting us our quote and getting us scheduled in for painting. We were doing a renovation job where we used very dark paint and didn't want to spend more time repainting the whole main floor and they got it done in a jiffy. Would go through them again!
