They were amazing, from the booking of the estimate, all the way to the finished painting. We are very pleased with the outcome of the job and the amazing customer service we received. They were very easy to contact and communicate with and they kept us up to date every step of the way. This was by far the best customer service we received as we contacted a few other companies for estimates and none of them even compared to what we received contacting WOW 1 day painting. Wow 1 Day was recommended to us by a friend and they did not disappoint! From the initial quote to the booking process to the extremely hard working crew who power washed our whole fence and painted it the next day (and it was a HUGE job- our yard is a quarter acre), everything was great. We were kept informed on the best weather days to do the job properly as well as how the process was going along. We are thrilled with the final product and our yard looks even better now. They showed up when promised! They did a great job! I am very happy and impressed with the quality of workmanship, and they did the work exactly as specified in the contract. I had no complaints with the price or the professionalism of the staff - Lisa was great and walked me through everything and asked lots of questions about what I expected in certain locations. I will certainly give them a call for my next project.
Very surprise with the outcome of our project, wow 1 day painting did a spectactural job completing the outside of our brick and stucco house. Though, the booking and scheduling were pretty rocky due to weather conditions and our busy life, wow 1 day got the job done in a timely fashion. The scope of our project seemed pretty straight forward but once they started into it they found it was a much larger job than expected. The estimated 1 day job quickly turned into a 2 day battle. As true professionals, they did NOT revisit our initial quote even through the job cost them almost double what they though it would. I WILL be using them on any house I paint going forward and I would recommend them to anyone I know.Thanks again guys our house looks awesome!Kris
