DO NOT PARK HERE. They say you can pay by credit card but literally every time I try none of the machines work. So you have to go find an atm if you don't have cash on you... And who has cash on them nowadays? They know this and take advantage by not fixing their machines so you have to go upstairs and use their ATM which of course charges you 2$ and then your bank matches the fee after as well. Huge scam. So annoying. I'm never parking here again. It's unfortunate.
