I've been going here for years and they've always done a great job of helping me take away my pain. The whole staff is good at what they do and very friendly, especially Kamal and Darren, whove both helped me a lot. Next time I hurt myself I'll be right back there!
i would like to inform you that your team is not heal me to grt my appointment i called 3 times, the reception girl put me on hold for long time while she buy in other phone and she say i was trying to book your appointment but because of as we are so busy we are fully book and she hang-up my phone twice, when i called her back again she say that was by mistake happen, and after waiting long she advise me that you try other clinic around same are that help you more , as we are so busy we not able to take you in , she is so rude to reply me look like she is south Asian and when i asked her is there any other branch of your clinic she say you no need to go in out branch location you go to other Physio clinic they would help you. so as i see that your management team not able to see that you loosing important customer and your reception team not doing proper job and intentionally make you to loose your business. Our family is your loyal customer so i would like to inform you that to management team and head of Clinic. so please aware of this kind of attitude of your employee and please give them proper training or find better staff.
Some of the best Therapists around. Its a shame unfortunately their customer service loyalty has evaporated over time. Had enough of the little to no accountability. Long term patient out.
I know this location has gone downhill! This location used to be busy as it was filled with clients and therapists; and it was almost hard to even get an appointment whenever I called to schedule one.I have gone to several locations from this company for years now. In the last couple years, I have only gone to the Riverbend location. Previous to last night's visit, I was there only 5 months ago back in December and the experience was wonderful. I had the worst experience last night and it began last week with spams of reminders via emails and phone calls. The PT I was once used to see was no longer working there and I can understand why she left My husband and I were charged for an initial visit because according to their new management that's what they do now if you have not been there for a few months, as well, if you happen to get a new PT. Usually, it is about 6 months or longer before another initial assessment is completed, and that has always been my experience with this company in the past. I was charged for one a bit too early. My husband was billed for two treatments because he had two body parts looked at. I also had two body parts looked at and I was not billed for it. I have always had the PT look at more than one body part during my visits and never have we been charged extra until last night due to terrible and new management.I have a lot more to say, but I think this is enough. I did not want to write this negative review at all, instead I wanted to resolve it by speaking to management, however, nothing good came out of talking to her. Therefore, here is my negative review and I will never go back to any Innovation Physical Therapy locations again. It was such a complete waste of our time and money going there last night.
I have been visiting this location on and off as need be for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. It can be hard to schedule sometimes due to demand. However, every time I have needed their service I am back to full capacity within a few visits which is really all I want. Their consistent ability to diagnose my issue and get me on the correct track to recovery has never failed. I can't say I have experienced that anywhere else.
