The staff are amazing; friendly, supportive and personable are just a few words I would use to describe them. Ive been seeing Trevor here since February after someone rear ended my SUV and I have felt nothing but support during my recovery from Trevor and the other staff members, Regina, Nav and Alicia just to name a few!! And the fact that they direct bill for personal claims and for motor vehicle insurance claims is incredible. It (literally) takes the stress off my shoulders knowing they can deal with the billing process for me. If ever I need physio care in the future I will be sure to come back here!
The front staff is amazing, so friendly. And the physio and massage therapists work miracles there. Great place to go.
I am a repeat client at Tawa Physio, seeking help first for a back problem and more recently for a shoulder issue. Both times I have been very satisfied with the positive results that were achieved through the various treatments that I received from Dave and the exercise program which he guided me through. The physiotherapists are professional, caring and patient in making sure you are doing your exercises correctly. The clinic is clean, bright and well-maintained. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I will definitely return again if I need help in the future and would recommend Tawa Physio to anyone who requires physiotherapy. Thanks!

I started coming to Tawa physical therapy after I got injured at work. After being led down by my former physiotherapist, I decided to check this place out and I was not disappointed. Ever since I started seeing Grant for my shoulder, Ive noticed great improvement. He is by far the best physiotherapist Ive ever come across. He is very experienced, knows what he is doing and always encourages his patients. He is not like the rest of the physiotherapists who just give you exercises to do at home. He makes sure you do them in the gym area at the clinic. The front desk ladies (Nav, Brittany and Sherry) are really polite and accommodating. Everyone at this clinic is amazing!!! Id Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a physiotherapist that can make a difference and help them heal.
