The No - Can Do attitude of the clerks dealing with customers is appalling. Two of them ended up serving me; young kid with absolutely no manners who almost knocked me over while we were going outside to look at my vehicle (I was reporting an accident) and who could not even hold the door open for me, and a young girl with a bad attitude who was more concerned with testing her abilities with the clerk sitting behind her regarding movie soundtracks than serving me - I am serious! She would stop every few minutes and focus on the movie soundtrack contest they were having between themselves! Both of them treated customers with disrespect (I watched how customers were treated in line before me), and spoke condescendingly. We pay their salaries! Have some respect for the public you serve!! I guess I expected nothing less.
They won't help people with auto damage
The bald in the front is incredibly rude. I was reporting an accident. Before he even got the details, he assumed that it was my fault. Lol. Rude old man. Avoid this location if u can. Shouldnt have to feel like you did something wrong or stressed, when you show up at a police station.
Good experience with reporting a car accident. No line quick polite service
Great experience. Had my wallet stolen and they went through all the motions throughly and patiently with me. Can only imagine how many of these they have to deal with this time of year and sure appreciate the great service.
