Better later than never....We bought our first home in August 2017...Andrea Briscoe @ Liv Real Estate was our agent in helping us buy our first home. She was extremely patient with us and the many questions we had, and was very knowledgeable in answering those questions. She had done her research and was able to provide us with advice in terms of how to proceed, what to offer, what to look for, recommendations, etc, in terms of making an offer, home inspection, and mortgage referrals. She assured us she got no benefit from this, only to ensure that her clients were taken care of, which I believe. In any event, the people she referred us to for home inspection and mortgage assistance were super knowledgeable and really awesome. We got a super great rate on our mortgage and the home inspector provided a very detailed 80 page document setting out their findings of the house we made an offer on within a day. We also got the house for, I believe, a fair price, given what other similar houses were going for in the area over the past few months.Andrea will work hard to get the best result for you. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
