I purchased a pair of Uggs from the West Edmonton Mall location on the evening of Nov. 8.2017 and was very displeased with the service I got. My friend and I walked into the store and immediately saw 3-4 employees huddled in a group and they barely acknowledged that we were there. We proceeded to look around the store and not once were we asked if we need help, nor did they even move out of the way for us to look at items. When I picked up a couple pairs of boots to try on, I walked towards the sales associates and they all looked at me with a confused and annoyed expression. One of them took the boots and went to look for a size and they all proceeded to go to the back. Only once I was trying the boots on was the girl making small talk and being friendly. I decided to purchase a pair and when I went to pay the cash area was in a dark room at the back of the store. It looked extremely unprofessional. More small talk and friendly words came from the sales associate, only because I was bringing in business. In the future, if I ever buy another pair of Uggs I will certainly be going to a different retailer.

Good products but not best suit for Edmonton weather.
Nothing against this store as I have never been in there but the rating is against Ugg in general. I ordered some boots the beginning of November. They came on time and were great until the button fell off less than two weeks after getting them. I paid $40 to ship them back so they could send me a new pair. Over a month went by before they sent me an email saying because it had been so long they were going to assume my case was closed. It wasn't so I called them for an update. They explained that they received the boots and then lost them and that they would be shipping me new ones within 5 - 7 business days but it might be a few days longer because it was Christmas time. About a week later I received an email from them saying they got my order and would be shipping me a new pair. I was confused because they had already told me they were sending me a new pair. So I waited a month and still received nothing. I sent them an email and once again asking them for an update and heard nothing back. I finally called them (beginning of February at this point) and they explained to me that they refunded me the money in January. I looked on my bank and I saw they refunded me and shorted me $10 from the original shipping. I told the customer service lady and she said I didn't pay shipping. After telling her multiple times I was staring at the receipt in front of me and I paid shipping, she said they could refund me the $10 as well. I am extremely frustrated at this point that I was sent faulty shoes, had to put in a ton of effort, am now out $40 for shipping the shoes back, and the end result is they refunded me the money instead of sending me new shoes like they were supposed to. Unbelievable...
