I have all my belongings stored at this location I've dealt with Sentinel Storage over the years and have always been satisfied with the prices, the staff and their services. They go that extra mile for their customers and then some which makes them amazing in my books!
Wonderful service and a great Staff. The storage is centrally located, secure and clean.
One the worst places I've ever had to give my businesses to. Billing mistakes, not returning calls or emails, locking out my account (that was not negligent on my part), unlocking it only to leave the physical padlock on the unit thereafter, unorganized, haggard, spacey staff.Couldn't get my "exit" out properly either despite me informing both the call center and a local staff member. Sure enough, an overdue account voice-mail was left after I'd vacated. I had to call. And then I was sent my Exit Survey 3 times in a period of 10 minutes. These people are barely capable.
The male reception guy on Oct 17 was mean rude and not friendly at all. The new access storage Co. took over and should be aware. I professiaonly lease daily. I would not want to be treated like this . Need customer service training within asap. Very musty smellin and no air circulation i left with a headache true story.
