Very good selection of imported cheeses although they are expensive! I was able to find some of my favourite cheeses here that I enjoyed while living in France. The baguettes are on point as well, just the right amount of crispy cut your mouth to soft fluffy inside, just like they are in France!
Some of the best danish and bread in YEG... Why it doesn't get five stars might you ask? It's closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and they constantly run out of everything. Great food, but Mickey mouse about meeting supply with demand as they run out of things as early as 1030 am. I've walked away empty handed half a dozen times now ranging from 1030 am to 230 pm with the explanation they ran out. Unfortunately, I have run out of patience. If this happens to you try La Boule, it's in the same neighbourhood and they have everything you need and better hours!
IMHO, the BEST BAKERY in town. Only there one can get properly done sour dough breads in Edmonton. Love their baguettes, pull-apart breads, croissants, ...! Amazing variety of products. On weekend mornings get prepared for a long line-up. Cash/debit. Friendly, helpful and sometimes not-so-fast service :) In addition - great (unique) variety of French/Quebec/Swiss cheeses (including those from unpasteurized milk), and local honey. The owners are sweet, lovely couple, you always want to come back - not only for amazing bread experience but for a service.

Great friendly service with the best bread I've had in Canada. Cheese selection is unique and delicious. This bakery is a hidden gem, get there early on weekends as it does sell out later in the day.
