Great selection of baked goods and deli items. Fast service however there is often a line at the downtown location which I believe is a relfection of the quality of products they serve. I recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh made to order sandwiches or some of the best baked goods in the city.
The bakery foods are always so yummy! My complaint would be that sometimes the staff there are kranky and the customers block the view of the goods because there is not enough space to look at everything.Good food, good price.
The Italian Bakery is second to none for baked goods, deli meats, cheese, and Italian groceries. I only get here a handful of times a year and that is not enough. Amazing sandwiches and breads and delicious baked desserts are so fresh. The cheese is great value and they always have something good to try. All that said, no matter what I buy, I have never left without some rum balls! You can really feel the family atmosphere in the bakery.
I love this place. The fresh sandwiches are amazing, Buns are soft and delicious, desserts are fantastic, and the lattes are great too! They also have groceries.The staff are super friendly and the store is clean and welcoming. A must visit in Edmonton!
It's telling that this place is always busy when you go in. This has the downside of meaning that you'll wait for a while after pulling a number, but also that everyone else knows something you don't.The prices are surprisingly reasonable given the quality of all their baked goods. The donuts are particularly tasty - light and chewy and not too sweet. Sandwiches are also a great buy, as you get a whole lot of meat and cheese for the price. And everyone working here is exceptionally friendly.
