Been taking my car here for years for a regular wash and a light detail. Their customer service is fantastic and they handle all my vehicles with the utmost care. I have recommended them to many friends and family and they all share the same sentiment toward Auto-Details.A+!
Very Poor Customer ServiceBrought my new Landrover straight from the dealership in to have hood, lights etc. coating, touch up polish and some undercoating. Upon going over my vehicle personnel noticed a small scratch which he then said was "just a surface scratch that would just buff out with the polishing". Upon picking up my vehicle noticed that the scratch had not be dealt with and his attitude had changed. All of a sudden if I wanted it done it would be a minimum $250. I had a call the following week asking if I was satisfied I promptly explained why I was extremely dissatisfied I never received so much as a call about it. I did however receive a call a year later asking if I was going to schedule another appointment to bring my vehicle in again. I told them again why they are the last place I would ever bring any of my vehicles in. To date never a call back from anyone let alone the management.
I bought my car here in August because there was a dent in my bumper. They gave me a very competitive quote for the small damage repair service and that was exactly what I paid once the service was complete (they only needed to keep my car for a day). Thanks to their excellent repair and paint job - you couldn't even tell there was damage to begin with. I did notice a slightly loose panel where the edge of the bumper meets the side body, but I brought it back the next day and less than an hour later it was fixed and I was on my way again. Very quick turn around.
Great service by Des and Shane; they picked up my car where I work and made it look like new again. You can see the detailed work in the door jams and trunk lids. And, when it was time to go home, my shiny car was waiting for me in my office parking lot. Doesn't get any better than this!
Chris and Shane were great, as were everyone else that I came across. The work was impeccable!
