This place has treated me so well. I've had a tough time trying to find a trusty mechanic in this city that treats me well and makes appointments that are convenient for me. Front desk lady is super nice and is quite knowledgable with questions you may have. They're super fast with services and their prices are reasonable.
The service here is quick and excellent, with very nice and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very reasonable as well. They even did some extra work on my car without charging me. I am happy to have finally found a trusted place to take my car. I highly recommend this place!
For a first time customer at this location I'm very happy with the service I received. I had a transmission problem and previously had a bad experience with a different shop. The staff at Speedy Auto Service were very friendly and very professional. The time for repair was detailed clearly to me as well I'm very thankful that they provided me with a courtesy vehicle to use while my car was repaired. They definitely live up to their motto. I felt like a somebody at speedy. Also my vehicle was repaired by the time promised.Thank you Biju and staff! I will definitely be back if I require other vehicle servicing. I have had many great experiences and I keep going back. They are so friendly everytime and they always explain to me what they have done or need to do. When my air stopped working they took a look at it and called when they new what was wrong. They explained everything and let me know prices before me telling them to go a head.
Speedy Auto stands out for excellent customer service! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She even brought me into the shop so the mechanic could provide information on my car while he was working on it. They were informative but not pushy about issues with my vehicle.
