I just had an AMAZING experience at City South Automotive - I'm a musician from Manitoba and had a CV joint fail during the middle of a tour. I only had one day to get the job done before carrying on the the next city, and not only were they able to source the parts same-day, they discovered a bigger issue of a torn ball-joint boot that could have been a dangerous scenario, especially heading into the mountains in a few days. The work of BOTH jobs was done within a few hours, with every step carefully explained and shown to me, to a total cost equaling less than what the dealership had quoted for the CV joint replacement alone. I wish that these folks would open shop in Winnipeg, I would be a dutiful customer. Thank you for your thorough, cheerful, and fairly-priced service!
The previous owner was good, but I could not say the same about the new management.My van's problem was misdiagnosed, I paid for the repair, but went home with the same problem. They knew that what they replaced did not fix the problem but would not own up for the mistake they did. Sorry, but I would not go back to these guys and would never recommend them to anyone.
Great quality service, and unbeatable prices. Shopped around for an oil change and service for my 2014 STi, and City South was the least expensive, and could get me in the fastest by far! Another bonus is they know their way around Subarus, which was a relief. Overall would definitely recommend!
