A great big thank you to Chris and Kim at Good News Auto for putting on the Insurance Seminar last night. Very informative and completely free. This quaint auto shop goes above and beyond for their customers and is a comforting addition to an industry that can terrify most of us. We love GNA!! A true gem. And they have an App!!!
No pressure, no nonsense. The team at Good News Auto does an excellent job. They are thorough, but not pushy. They won't tell you to fix something unless it actually needs servicing. They are willing to understand your needs, and work within a budget. They have a quick turnaround time (don't have to wait long to get in, or for service to be complete). And best part of all, when you support this shop, you enable them to support the community, and help those who need it most. It is a mechanic shop that you can feel good about!
Very reasonable prices and friendly, honest service. I came in because my dealership recommended a brake fluid flush. Good News showed me the test strip and told me I didn't need it done because mine was near perfect already. It's a nice change to find a shop that doesn't take advantage of people.
Very friendly staff and service. Although I had an unfortunate series of fixes needed for my car, I was treated with respect and really appreciated their advice. The waiting room had Netflix which was great to use. I also liked being offered a couple different options in solving my car issue, from cheapest to most costly, and letting me choose something I would be comfortable with. I would recommend this shop.
I can't say enough good things about these guys - friendly, honest, great work, and they were even under the estimate I was given!After getting an "out of this world" estimate from the dealership to replace some wear items on my summer car (belts/tensioners, front wheel bearings, motor and transmission mounts), I crossed my fingers and gave these guys a try.I was not disappointed.I originally was going to have one item done on Friday, and the other two next week - they said "Let us keep it over the weekend and you can keep the loaner until we are done on Monday". A great gesture which saved me about 60 bucks in taxi fare...My car runs like new again! I will definitely return here for any other work my two cars require. Thanks guys!
