Once you're registered with the MEP program the system then has in place effective ways to dispose of you. For example, there are easy to obtain exclusive Possession Orders and restraining orders that effectively muzzle you and crush you financially.As the non-custodial parent, you'll also notice that the judges want you to play an "active" part of your child's life (just not too active). As the child support formula assumes you've abandoned your child there is no recognition given for your own financial contribution to your child's living expenses and no adjustment to child support or government benefits available to non-custodial parents.You'll notice that the mainstream media outlets only report on the massive amount of arrears owed by non-custodial parents. They never report that non-custodial parents receive no recognition as a parent by any level of government nor do they ever share with the the public that the calculation behind the federal child support formula assumes you've abandoned your child. Here are a few of the Justices you may interact with and some observations..Clackson - If you see him in morning chambers ask to adjourn. He will make a decision based on lies and cries. His hairpiece may look like a sleepy muskrat, however he is definitely not as relaxed and laid back as that hair. Ouellette - He is a pretty smart guy. He reads all the materials and explains his decisions. He shows compassion and treats SRL's with respect. It's a good day if you get him. Shelley - Doesnt listen to either parties or read any materials. Often looks like she got called in at the last minute to fill her shift. Everything depends on her mood of the day and she'll have no problem feeding you to the wolves if it's a bad day. Mandersheid - Grumpy old guy who looks like he'd be a cool uncle to go fishing with but not the judge you want hearing your case. He's not as gender biased as Clackson and seems to want to be fair yet not exactly a champion for equal shared parenting. Browne - Shes middle of the road and shows a very slight gender bias. She always has the sniffles and seems to make her decisions based on a coin toss. Germaine - He is similar in nature to Clackson but without the Muskrat. He must need a hearing aid as he only hears one side of a story.Marceau - He has the same hearing issues as some of the others. He may have no idea what the facts are but at least he's somewhat friendly.Feehan - He's the new kid on the block and seems to show some compassion. A promising newcomer. ACJ Rooke - He seems to be mellowing out lately and is more accepting of Self Represented Litigants. The court clerks are generally accommodating and helpful. Considering the volume of files they deal with they deserve more recognition for the role they play in keeping everything on track.
Unable to pay a garnishment at this location because the case was presented in Calgary. It's payable to the Government of Alberta; this is godd*mn ludicrous.
I cannot believe how the government and the people are not doing anything yet about the horrible extreme evil system in Calgary, there are no words to describe the evil exist in the individuals of the police system and between most of the judges especially the women of them from what I have witnessed personally !!!! not even in the 7th word such inhuman demonic attitude exists .....who will read my post will think I had problem with the police or in court, actually NOTTT !!! but the truth that I worked in the 911 as communication officer and I have witnessed by myself how the officers behave and their colleagues in the call center, my conscience coundnt take anymore after just three month......that system I mean it literally is a demonic hell on this planet , and better living in a dictatorship regime country where you still have your chance to revolt and bring righteousness or die with honor at least trying than to live in such horrible awful demonic system where they do everything in the name of law and it appears as they are the legal side while the truth they are the most criminals and evil against everything related to humanity,,,,,especially toward the divorced and separated men this court of queen with its judges are horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee criminals inhuman and thats why most of the suicide rate in alberta is between the divorced and separated men and NOT WOMEN for how much the judges are evil without any mercy, conscience and fair judgement to give the fathers their fair rights which the nature gave it to them at start since millions years of human existence.....its horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee evil demonic system
