They copy paperwork onto computers slower than doctors serve patients.3 legal secretaries there when I went to file a lawsuit. There were 6 people waiting to be served when I arrived, so I was 7th in line. Took those 3 girls an hour and a half to serve the 6 people before it was my turn. Pretty much all they had to do was copy the people's paperwork onto their computers. But they're lazyazz government workers spending a great deal of time just sitting there chatting. Being 'girls that just wanna have fun'.Taxpayers should get a refund. With these girls' work, we're not getting what we pay for.

WOW. Only by reading the comments makes me throw up. As usual it is a government related building. I call these places more like stable. Bunch of animals in the shape of human beings are working there. They get enough money to put others down, and or behave like garbage. These people most probably have no idea why others are seeking help there. They think people go there to grab a cup of coffee, but they don't know that people are in distress. Shame on these government places really.

Easiest way to turn good hearted people bad is to back them into a corner with no options. Best way to drive someone who is mentally unstable with suicidal tendencies back into the ground and make them feel worthless is to take everything they have away from them. And we wonder why Edmonton went from the city of Champions to Alberta's murder and crime capital.

Dealing with any one with your personal matters is dealing with someone who is having a bad day. The staff working in this building are extremely rude and talk with everyone with negative energy. It is extremely rushed and they talk has if they are above the individual who needs assitance. The building itself is old as well and makes you feel like you walked into the 1920s. Does not give you the modern feel. The vibe and energy of the place feels dead. Everyone just looks depressed and they do not want to be there. This building seriously needs a revamp for new life and new energy. The staff should really work on how to communicate with people on a social level supposed on treating them like if they were not human.

The people who supposedly serve the people. They act better than others yet their literal job is to help and serve the public. This includes the judges whom dont truly understand nor care for justice & allow personal feeling they have affect another persons wellbeing and livelihood. Ive seen it many times here, a person being convicted of charges they dont even understand or people getting heavier fines and sentences just because they were complaining of how much money they have to dish out to the judicial system. It makes me sick & shows how much of a farce this system has become. These people themselves should be locked up. Their existence is a crime against humanity.
