I would give no stars if I could. Horrible staff, not caring or helpful, lazy and incompetent. They have you on the phone, have your paperwork in front of them, but cant update your file right there, NOPE will take them another 4 weeks on top of the 4 weeks since you brought the paper work in before they will make a change to your file!!!!! The government needs to step in and make this process easier.

They drained my bank account while in the process of making a payment arrangement. Despite the fact I gave my babies mom cash for years. Now I can not pay rent and will be homeless, jobless and unable to pay anything due to their incompetence. Was in the process of setting up payment arrangement and they wanted me to pay over half my wage so I am waiting for a court date so I can get a more fair payment arrangement. But they did not like this so they drained every penny. Thanks MEP, What a great service to society you are. I hope you sleep well at night screwing over people. How does this dictatorial system exist in this country? Keep in mind I look after my kid half the time!! Yet she never worked for years and I'm forces to pick up her burden but not even gave the chance, instead my bank gets drained so I will probably end up losing my job and place. These are the people that literally drive people to suicide. Thd government needs to review this place ASAP. This is unacceptable how you treat people.

They are a collection agency essentially. Unfortunately they are under funded and under staffed to deal with all the cases they have. The steps for enforcement can only go so far, but I wish they could take them farther so that action would actually be done. Not many debtors realize that their license has been suspended - most don't listen to the notices they receive in the mail. Many don't update their information (address, phone number, etc). Unfortunately there isn't much maintenance can do as their hands are tied. They do the best with what they have. As for customer service, after all the yelling and abuse the call people receive, I can see why they may be exhausted and agitated when they finally get to speak to you. Take it easy on these guys!

I can never get any help from these guys. Putting up with my ex would be a better experience. They hold money owed to me for my kids and can't give me a day that I will be paid. On hold for hours at a time. Have to set an entire afternoon aside for a phone call.

This is a great place to work if you want to help toxic feminism ruin families. the most inefficient way to ensure child support. At least the bit*hy condescending woman on the end of the line isnt my wife (or probably anyone else's). Hopefully the hours spent on hold here are credited by God to your personal purgatory when you die. "You have one caller ahead of you, your estimated wait time is 97 minutes."...
