I get anxious whenever I'm at the dentist, but everyone from the receptionist, the assistants, and Dr. Chang made me comfortable and well taken care of. All my procedures were painless. Thanks to Dr. Chang and the assistant's professionalism. They will always check if I'm okay before they continue working! One of my worries was the fees, but Janet made sure that my insurance will cover mostly everything. Also, they follow Alberta dental fees, so you're guaranteed that you pay the right price. I had such a great dental experience here! I get pretty anxious when I'm at the dentist but the assistant and dentist I had for my appointment made me feel super comfortable and you can watch t.v. while you're getting your work done. Highly recommend!
Great staff, great service, honest pricing and dentistry. They bill on the Alberta dental fees which is great. My previous dentist didn't so I always had to pay extra out of pocket, but I didn't have to here!! Highly recommend this office!
Dr. Eng is the best dentist ever. I almost dont want to post this for fear of her getting too busy for my appointments . Very patient, detailed, and honest. My whole family goes to her. She really helped my grandson get over the fear of the dentist with her secret teqnique for freezing and her kind demeanor. Janet her assistant is great too. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.
