Ever since I've moved back into the city I have never had a consistent dental clinic or a consistent dentist until now! Urban Smiles is like a hidden gem. It's a small dental clinic with a solid team. To me it feels luxurious and I feel welcomed as I have been a long time friend. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. They have state of the art technology and highly trained dentist that really like to see the progression of oral health. They have great oral hygienist that give you great knowledge of oral maintenance. My doctor, Dr. Kalaban is quite fantastic! My recommendation is a High 5 star and I rarely say this. My family and I started going to this provider when they were "The Smile Zone" and have followed them to their new location under their new name. Their phone manner is ALWAYS friendly and inviting - all of the ladies at the front are fabulous, but I always know when Amber picks up the phone, she is so friendly and consistent! The office is clean and organized, they have beverages available for the patients, they also direct bill most insurance companies which makes the appointment seamless. They are always willing to accommodate with scheduling and are wonderful with my little boy. Both dentists are very friendly and accommodating and willing to strike up conversation with patients. We are going through the Invisalign process and couldn't be happier with the service, so thank-you again Lila for being so wonderful! Highly recommend.
This place is amazing. Best dentist I have been to by far. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. Offer me lots of knowledge and answering all my questions. An older lady was my hygienist and she is so good at her job. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I will be recommending family and friends.
Im very dentist wary, however this group is beyond exceptional (I am writing this just hours after the doctor completed a complicated root canal). This dentist is through, takes his time and really seems to care about the work he is doing. Their practice is state of the art. Over the last month (in as little as 3 visits) they have done great work in relieving serious pain in my mouth and restoring my ability to chew totally pain free, which is no easy task considering how much work has been done to my mouth and jaw over many decades. I am very glad to have found this dentist and look forward trusting all my families dental needs to this dentist and his staff. Just amazing. Thank you
