When I see Rod at the parts counter I know I am going to get GREAT service!! He cares about your needs and ensures that I get the appropriate parts. I sure hope he gets the VIP treatment from his manager because there are not many "Knowledgeable" parts staff around anymore! Keep up the great work!
Everything is locked in a showcase, which is fine, but the walking around the store multiple times for 20 min. to find an employee to open it, only to find no one who will even look at you because everyone is on break at the same time is pretty ridiculous. Would recommend just going to a different store all together.
My wiper was super duper stuck and literally three guys including the parts manager got in on trying to help me get it off. They did get it off and were able to find a replacement that fits, which is great considering my vehicle takes a weird discontinued wiper. Thanks so much!
Nice selection of batteries, at a reasonable price. The person who helped me was worse than ignorant, by pretending to know things he didn't. Probably just bad luck.
Today I went here to find a camping chair that was almost completely sold out in the city. I had my 3 month old son in a wrap and my 2 year old toddler holding my hand. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by an employee who not only took me to the exact location in the store where I could find them,but when they weren't there actually spent 15 minutes looking in the warehouse for me. He then apologized to me for the inconvenience as he carried the chair all the way to the till for me. He went above and beyond his job for me today and it was a great experience because of it. Thank you.
