I have always experienced very good service and an excellent product. Unfortunately, last time I ordered there was a problem with the delivery. Bloomex did however rectify the mistake and I am looking forward to being a customer in the future.
The online ordering is easy, and they sent emails for updates. My friend who received the flowers I sent loved it. I would have given them 5 stars if it arrived on time, it was a day later but its all good. I would be upset if its her birthday or something, but the flowers I sent is just because and doesnt matter when she would get it. I would try them again for sure.
Ordered 2 days prior to my moms birthday to have flowers delivered at a $15 charge. Got an email telling me that the flowers have been delivered, and obviously I didn't have them yet. I contacted live chat and spoke with Kelly, who only gave me the most generic scripted answers, I never had any of my questions answered. Kelly said the delivery message was a mistake and said that they were "Sure they would arrive on time". Its now past 5 PM on my delivery day, and now I have to wait 24 hours for an email from a manager. While speaking with Kelly, trying to get a straight answer, they ignored me for 10 minutes after asking them to confirm where my order was. and then "reassured" me they would be delivered on time AGAIN.. Then proceeded to close the chat. Worst customer service ever, can't give a straight answer to save their life, can't deliver on time, why did I pay $15 for delivery just to get the run around, have no flowers for my mothers birthday (When they were promised to be delivered today). I paid for a service and certainly won't make that mistake again. Get it together Bloomex!UPDATE: I got an email this morning saying they tried to deliver (says there was no buzzer # but its in all caps in my order, what else do you want) Not only that, but the email said the driver called, live chat says the drivers do not call and to have this redelivered its another $15? REALLY???!! I do NOT recommend this service.
My past experience with Bloomex has been great. The flowers arrive on time and are high quality. The receipt always is pleased! One time the bouquet was not right and Bloomex quickly rectified the situation by sending a new bouquet! Well done. Thanks.
I just ordered a bouquet of flowers through the live chat system. It was extremely easy and seamless. I didn't have to go through endless typing to place the order. It was great! I will do that again!!!
