In the past I used Opal's quite often and was always very pleased. Until now when I ordered over the phone a Thanksgiving arrangement to be sent to my Aunt. When my Aunt called to thank me for the flowers she told me that she had to rearrange them as it looked like someone just stuck some flowers in a vase with no thought whatsoever. With disappointment I called and spoke to Opal and told her of my concern. All I got was if she wanted to rearrange them to her likeling then that is her choice. Not stopping there I went over to my aunt's house to see for myself, shocked and disappointed to see a few daisies some carnations that were wilting and one red rose. Not at all worth what I paid for. Will not order from Opal's again.

if you are looking for a place where they are willing to go above and beyond. Then stop searching!!! These amazing people who provide some of the best customer service I have yet to experience will ensure that what ever occasion you may have that would require their services will be remembered. The arrangement they did for my wife's birthday actually brought a tear to her eye. If you are asking me that is a job well done. I WILL be utilizing their services again, and will be hard pressed to get flowers from anywhere else. 10/10 5 star service.
