Great to deal with until you find a better option and decide to switch. Nobody will be able to tell you the $ amount that they will withhold, and show a charge called "Modification of Insurance" cost. That refund that you think you should get, just got cut in half. Better yet, they cant even tell you how this is so called cancellation fee is calculated.
