I just realized that my insurance payment never was taken out of my account. So I called Klondike to see what was going on. Apparently theyd tried contacting me which they admitted was only once by phone call because there was some questionnaire they needed me to fill out. Since they couldnt contact me my insurance was canceled. Fantastic. Ive been driving around for almost a month with no insurance. Then apparently theres only one guy in the whole office that can help me with this. Les I believe. When I originally called in I was told hed call me back. Never heard from him. The next day I missed a call while I was at work. I called him back literally 5 minutes later but he was supposedly on the other line and would call me back. Never heard from him. Absolutely inexcusable. I never got that original call about a questionnaire and nothing ever came in the mail. Definitely moving my insurance services elsewhere.

This used to be a good place to deal with when Ulga ran things but not any more. They have become dishonest, unfriendly, and self serving. For one, they will tell you one thing and say another. I tried to sort things with management but got the same there. I don't normally post but I am now using other people's ratings to make informed decisions and thought others should know.
