No loyalty to customers. For $20 they are welling to loose a loyal customer who has been doing business with them for years. Dumb way to do business.
Been with them for over 15 years. Have NEVER had an issue. I have home, tenant and vehicle insurance. I've made an accident claim... Every single time I have contacted them I have been pleased. So confused by a 1.8 rating :/
If I could give it "0" stars I would. Absolutely horrendous claims department and customer service. I was rear-ended in November, and to this day I am still trying to get my car fixed. I brought my vehicle into one of their "preferred auto body shops" and it came out more damaged than when it went in. I've sent numerous emails asking them to send out an appraiser so that I can go to my own auto body shop, and no response. I called today and they said my claim has been closed.. I am beyond fed up with this insurance company! Seriously, do not give them your money! There are far more competent insurance companies out there. Never again.
I used to deal with Cynthia and Desiree there and they were kind helpful and great, I am not sure what happened but recently I went to renew my policy and ended up cancelling as the service woman was incredibly rude and snarky...never again!
I have tenants insurance with Johnson and the best rate compare to other insurance companies. I have never had an issue with getting hold of an agent on the phone or seeing someone in person in Edmonton office. Super nice girls at their front desk and a friendly staff, ready to assist with your insurance needs. Very happy with my experience.
