The manager Teresa needs a serious attitude check. Ive never seen anyone talk down to their staff like that in front of customers before. Her conduct with customers is even worse. I was in shopping for mothers day and had spent close to $300. I thought I was eligible for the promo in which you get a free bangle if you spend $150 or more. I Later found out that only certain items apply, Teresa was very unprofessional and rude when she came to explain this. She didn't say hello and wouldn't even look at me, as if I wasn't even worth her time. She just pointed at the fine print on a sign and immediately left. I wasn't going to argue over a stupid bracelet or anything , I just wanted some clarification. Needless to say I will never shop at this location again. I will take my business elsewhere.
One of the staff helped me out for 15 minutes while I was trying pick a gift for someone. Nice selection of jewelery ranging in prices. There wasn't anything too expensive, which I liked.
Cheap rings that bend and they don't even offer to fix or replace it. Go to a real jewelers.
Nice looking store but every single piece my wife was interested in was not in stock.
Had an amazing experience with the Manager Teresa, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was very busy in the store and I had alot of questions but she was able to inform me of all the promotions and helped me pick out everything I needed.Out of all the Pandoras I have visited internationally (Las Vegas, Columbus) I had the best customer service experience here! Will come back 100% Would recommend to others.
