I absolutely LOVE this store and can't begin to express the great service we get every time we walk through the doors in their Edmonton locations. I first came here in 2006 when I was looking for jewelry to wear on my wedding day. I'm not much of a jewelry person to begin with, but they helped me choose everything and even created custom wedding bands for me and my husband, which we are in love with. The prices were pretty affordable compared to other placed I visited and customer service was so good, I decided to purchase gifts for our bridal party and mothers. This is now my go-to place every time I need to purchase jewelry. I recommend Paris Jewelers to my family and friends - some of which chose Paris Jewelers to make their wedding purchases. Had a really good experience getting my then girlfriend's engagement ring. This was a big and important purchase for me and I needed to trust the store and stay within my budget since I've read and heard all kinds of bad stories when shopping for a ring. I honestly couldn't be more happy with how it all turned out. The staff were all knowledgeable and very sincere so I felt comfortable through the whole process and valued their guidance even with all the research I did. There's so many options like a comfort fit where the inside edges are slightly rounded and reasons in the designs to ensure the diamond stays in place. And this place had a much larger selection than all the other places I checked out and could even customize the ring. The end result was a ring that my wife loves and gets complimented on all the time. What a huge sigh of relief! Needless to say we got matching wedding bands here as well. I've referred my friends and family here. Definitely worth checking out.
I came here to have a custom ring designed for the rock I had selected for my fiancee. The expert service was very professional, competent, and friendly. Barbara E. provided us with lots of design options and helped us to choose the right setting. We decided to purchase the wedding band along with the engagement ring because we were extremely satisfied with the quality of service that was offered, and the price was very reasonable. Terrible service and product knowledge. Employees were disrespectful after inquiring about a product and service change. The ring was late for 3 weeks and the other was unavailable, they also pushed a care plan and did not allow us to cancel it even if the rings have not yet arrived or havent been purchased. Employees were also confusing by going back and forth about what the care plan actually entails (we did not know which employee was right or wrong) and how payments can be done. They caused my brother extreme distress after threatening him that they have all his information and the rings WILL NOT be refunded even if they did not arrive.
