Just got off at 12 hour night shift to have to call this place about 6 times before somebody finally answered only to cut me off and tell me I can't keep calling and calling then hang up on me. Then I call back and have them say they don't have a driver so don't call again and then hang up. And not the first time I've had this kind of service, absolutely ignorant, not worth getting
Hands down, best donair in the city! Occasionally will try somewhere else and its always a letdown. Lol, the staff are a little rough around the edges, but I have never been disappointed with an order. Delivery takes a long while, but in-store or in-home, its delicious!
Open 24hrs and will deliver any where in the city any time of day. Great food and fair prices. Staff have some ruff edges but are all good guys. Fast service when u go in for pick up, I never tried their delivery option but I was in the area. They had 3 drivers on shift but were having issues with some drunks calling in.. I will get take out from there again and recommend giving it a try as long as u aren't faint of heart or thin skinned. Go in with open mind and u won't be disappointed.
This place is a disgrace , how are they in business ? These staff will actually swear at you for cancelling a delivery.. horrible location
..DONT do it !!!Do Not order from this place...Odd the first time I ordered from here ..I had NO problem...BUT my second order was a freaking nightmare...I was quoted an hour it was 45 min longer than quoted..so a total of and hour and 45 min for food. The driver sat on his phone in front of my house for an additional 6 min before he even bothered to leave his vehicle to bring the food to the house... it was cold when we finally got it..the bottle of pop we ordered was expired from three months prior and flat.. the bottle was actually physically soft..and deflated.When I mentioned to the driver how long we waited . And the condition of the pop..he was verbally abusive and actually woke my small child up from him yelling profanity on my step...I was charged an additional delivery charge of $6..the person that took my order could hardly be understood...and had nothing but excuses when I called to ask where my order was, they offered no discounts..and actually called me twice to confirm I was paying by debit when I explained that during the call when the order was placed ..seemed very shady and almost like a scam.I live 13 minutes away from the restaurant...there is NO excuse for the delay ..or the complete lack of service.I have Never had such unprofessional and ignorant service anywhere like this.Do not order from this company...you will not be happy in any aspect. Save your money and time.I am very disappointed..and will reccomend UBER eats..or anything else over this company!!!I have no clue how this company is even still operational.Shameful !! Dont waste your time ..
