Love this park! I've lived beside it for 22 years and had our wedding pictures done there 23 years ago! It's beautiful and quiet , with the pool, tennis courts and play ground giving that fun factor! Love that they are starting to use it for festivals and events! Its definitally under used. Gets better and better each year!!

The pool is nice, but it was poorly managed when we visited 2 weeks ago. There was a HUGE lineup when we got there around 12:30. After over an hour in line, we were told that they had reached the 500 capacity. People would only be let in when someone inside left, which I understand. But by that time, there were still over 100 people lining up. Why wouldn't they count the number in the line in the first place and tell people ahead of time instead of after 1.5 hours? Plus, what took them so long (1.5 hours) to let 500 people in? I hope that things will improve.

Terrible neighborhood. Homeless people walking around with their carts and belongings. Never ever going back there again. It is not safe to bring children there and let them run around. I was followed around the park with my children by a strange man. Very creepy and we left. Playground right by the road and the fence is quite low so there is a safety issue. Did not go into the pool area as it was too cold for it.

I think it is great at the pool. The only thing is you have to wait in the sun in the lineup. I was there at 1130 morning and waited till 1245 to get in. Not good for small children to wait in that heat, Maybe a Covering on the side of pool would be good for waiting under. I would never take my small children there if I had to wait like that. Just my opinion. The water is great and the price is awesome. Loved it . I also seen that people are holding spots in the lineup which is crazy because you cant get in faster when everyone is adding people to their group. All new people should go to the back of the line. Not fair for people that have been waiting first.

We love this park. So much space to walk around. There is something for everyone, families, couples or those wanting some space to themselves. This park is a hidden gem in Edmonton. And in the summer check out the free outdoor pool. It is the first of its kind in Western Canada ;)
